Seppa

The town of Seppa is district HQ for the East Kameng district of Arunachal Pradhesh. This place is famous for its three valleys namely Pakke-Valley, Pappu Valley and Passa Valley are worth seeing from the road top. The meandering rivers make them more beautiful. On both the banks of the rivers paddy fields are grown. The hill stations of Bameng, is  48 kms, from Seppa. The famous “Gorichaan”, the snow peaked Mountain can be seen from Bameng. During winter, River Kameng is a good spot for angling and fishing.

Lumdung

Lumdung in the Passa valley is famous for migratory birds during winter season. During summer season the valleys become green with natural beauty. Lumdung in the Pappu Valley comes under Seppa Block and is just 21 kms from Seppa town. This is also the site for the annual winter Para gliding Festival.

The hill station of Bameng is located across the kameng river with its orange and rubber plantations. This is a one hill station which has only nature walks and Mountain View s to offer. Ideal for people who are looking for a place to just unwind and relax.
