Buddha Vihara, Chongkham

A Buddhist Vihara is located in the historic town of Chongkham. It is said to be one of the richest villages around. Hence the name a Chongkham (village of gold). And it quite shows since the entire campus is finished in gold. Meditating in front of a statue of Buddha that surrounds the inner core of the vihara is nothing less than reaching nirvana.
