The thermal springs of Dirang

The hot water spring of Dirang gives a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. There are many other places to visit in Dirang and Dirang is beautiful in its natural way. Dirang is famous for its hot water spring. The Dirang hot water spring is on the way to Tawang from Dirang in the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh in India. It is believed that in the hot water spring all types of diseases can be cure since the water is rich in sulfur which makes the water of hot water spring rich in medical properties. Many people from different parts of India visit the hot water spring of Dirang. One can reach the hot water spring by hiring a taxi from Dirang town and the taxis are easily available. The distance from Dirang to Dirang hot water spring is approximately 10 minutes drive which is almost three and a half kilometer from the main town Dirang. Once you reach the base of the Dirang hot water spring one needs to climb the stone stairs. Dirang Valley lies between Bomdila and Tawang, the place is very beautiful and the view is stunningly picturesque. Dirang is highly regarded for its amazing landscape and beautiful weather, winters being sunny and monsoons being lush and long. In and around Dirang in Arunachal Pradesh there are many things to do like one can witness the architecture of stone houses and the architecture is really amazing. Other places to visit in Dirang are Kalachakra Gompa, Dirang Dzong, Sangti Valley, National Research Center on Yak and the orchids. Dirang can be visited between November and February and the weather becomes extremely pleasant during November and February and this is the best time to visit Dirang in Arunachal Pradesh. Dirang can be reached by a different modes of transportation by air, by road or by train. The Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport at Guwahati, Assam is the nearest airport which is approximately 351 kilometers from Dirang. By train one need to travel approximately 193 kilometers from Dirang town and the nearest railway station is Tezpur in Assam. Dirang is well connected by road, public transport like bus services and shared taxis are also available from different cities.
