Andro Village is going to offer you the perfect village getaway complete with traditional rural houses and roads. It is located about 21kms from Imphal in the North Eastern side of Manipur. At the fringe of the village there lies Santhei Natural Park which is an outcome of the villagers’ zeal for the conservation of nature and its rational utilization. An artificial dam has been routed making it enchantingly beautiful and serving as water body cum source of public utility. The picturesque natural park is dotted with small trees for shade and is thus an excellent venue for organizing a picnic. The park has facilitates for cooking food there and having a proper picnic in the truest sense of the term in the heart of nature. The villagers set an example by maintaining the dam and the park in pristine conditions because of their economic importance.

Tourists can also visit the orchid farm near the park or shop for local handicrafts and pottery items made by the local artisans from the many shops that have sprung up around the park. The park can be visited during timings 6:00 am - 6:00 pm every day. Early morning around 7:30 am is the recommended time to visit the park. This park is well known all around the Andro.
