In India, a festival is not only about faith and celebration but also the delicacies which are prepared. Every festival is associated with some cuisines which are prepared every year in order to celebrate the particular festival. This tradition is carried over the years with secret recipes which evolve over time.

So we decided to list out some festivals with the popular food associated with it.

  1. Diwali

Diwali is a festival of lights which is celebrated in order to embark the homecoming of lord Ram after an exile of 14 years. To welcome lord Ram, a lot of fire crackers and diyas are lighted.
