You can make a home made solution to clean your golf balls. For this purpose you will need to fill a bucket with warm water and ½ cup of vinegar.

Golf players are always excited to open a brand new box of balls just before the next tournament or a friendly game. However, it is too expensive to play with new balls every single time, but the good news is that there is a way to clean them after the game and make the accessories almost like new. It is necessary to play with clean balls not only because of their better appearance, but also because when clean they will fly much better and to a longer distance. Here is a simple method for cleaning your golf balls.

  • The first step in this cleaning task is to place your golf balls in the silverware basket of your dishwasher. Set the standard cleaning cycle then add detergent and turn the device on. There is no risk that the heat will damage the balls. It will only help to clean most of the dirt from the balls.
  •  Next, you should fill a bucket with warm water and a 1/2 cup of white vinegar. Then place the golf accessories in the mixture and let them soak for several hours. The combination of water and white vinegar will loosen even the most stubborn stains. After a few hours rinse with warm water. For stains from algae or mud you have to pour vinegar on a rag and scrub the golf balls.
  •  Here is another cleaning advice. Again fill your bucket with warm water and add 3 denture cleaning tablets. They will make foam which will help to clean any stains from the dirty golf balls. When you are ready don't forget to rinse the balls thoroughly.
  •  Another thing you can do is to put your golf accessories into a net lingerie bag and then place it in the washer. Prepare the regular cyclePsychology Articles, add detergent and press the "Start" button.
  •  Cleaning professionals such as cleaning experts based in  South Norwood recommend another method. They claim that you can combine a small amount of bleach and dishwasher detergent in a bucket. To scrub the stains you can use an old toothbrush.

I hope that at least one of the mentioned methods will help you to return the good look of your golf balls and to enjoy your next game!
