RC Homestay: RC Homestay is located near Lachen Zumsa, North Sikkim. It takes a minute’s walk to reach the homestay. The host Mr. Rinzing Chewang and his family have been living in the same house for 7 generations. There are 3 categories of rooms here.

Bayul Homestay: Bayul Homestay is a great place to stay in Lachung, North Sikkim. You can enjoy your breakfast sitting outside while gazing at the beautiful scenery of Lachung town. If you are lucky, you will also get to taste their homemade blueberry wine with the fruit plucked from the farm of the host.

Mayallang Homestay: Mayallang Homestay is around 45 years old. It is a 2-minute walk down from the main road and surrounded by beautiful green vegetables and an orange farm. The host Mr. Gyatso Lepcha is an environmental activist. You can firsthand experience the warmth and hospitality of the Lepcha people here.

Lake View Homestay: After a 20-minute walk upwards from the Khecheopalri taxi stand lies this attractive homestay. The remoteness ensures all the peace you need. It is surrounded by a dense forest, and you can catch views of a small lake and surrounding mountains from here. A bit of traditional decor put up throughout the homestay lends an authentic charm.

Chayatal Homestay: Chayatal Homestay is situated 10 minutes away from the main road. It is surrounded by cardamom plantations, trees, snow-capped peaks, and overlooks a small lake. The homestay is built in the traditional style with ornate doors and windows and the distinct sheep horns on the front balcony railing.

Royal Barsey Homestay: Royal Barsey Homestay is located in Okhrey, 5 km from Barsey Rhododendron Sanctuary and 13 km from Singalila National Park. It is children friendly and also has a kid’s playground. They have 5 rooms, out of which 4 have three beds and one has 4 beds.

Temi Kothi Homestay: This homestay is situated in a beautiful spacious flat land with surrounding lawns and comprises a bonfire area and pond. It is a few meters away from the host’s 200-year-old house. The property has an outdoor shed area for guests to gather and have meals or converse and a small rabbit pen.

Chalamthang Homestay: Chalamthang literally means “Orange Farm” in the Lepcha language. Located just 42 km from Gangtok and 98 km from Siliguri, this small village is a true traveler’s paradise. While staying at Chalamthang Homestay, you can enjoy a whole lot of activities starting from angling and trekking to forest picnics. 

Burpeepal Homestay: Burpeepal is a four-roomed cottage amidst a garden, flowing mountain river, and dense trees. It is approximately 25 minutes away from Gangtok. A short trek to the river near the property can give an enthralling experience to anyone.

Muma’s Homestay: Muma’s Homestay is situated in an extremely characteristic and untouched area in East Sikkim. It is also surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of nature. One can have an extraordinary scenic view of lush greenery and hills from every corner of the house.
