Ziro a place in Arunachal Pradesh is blessed with many natural beauties. Basically Ziro was known because of the music festival called the Ziro Festival of Music but recently the place became famous and many other tourist attractions are found. In Ziro there are many places to visit like Meghna Cave Temple, Kile Pakho, Midey, Ziro Puto, Dolo Mando, Hapoli, Dilopolyang Maniipolyang, Pine Grove, Tarin Fish Farm, and Shiv Linga, etc. and likewise Bamboo Grove is also one of the places to visit in Ziro. Bamboo Grove stands proof of the expertise displayed in farm forestry in this part of the land. One stem bamboo referred to as monopodial, is grown in Ziro with blue-clad pine. This spot is frequented by hikers as well as tourists. One of the must-visit tourist places in Ziro is Bamboo Grove and this place was spotted by the tourist itself when they are hiking and visiting other places in Ziro. This popular tourist spot is dotted with blue-clad pine which is one of the skilled practices of farm forestry followed in this part. The bamboo has varieties of species and one of the bamboo species which is known as Monopodial Bamboo plant and also called a giant timber bamboo or a Japanese timber bamboo is also found in Ziro. Especially the hikers and the tourists visit this place called Bamboo Grove and whoever visits this place will definitely experience and appreciate this place when they venture inside in this groove garden no matter you are accompanied by a hiking tour or on a picnic. Ziro is easily accessible by roads. Naharlagun railway station is the nearest railway station. If the traveler could not book the train to Naharlagun one can even go till Harmuti railway station and from the railway station one can book a taxi to Ziro. You can also visit Bamboo Grove throughout the year and the visit Ziro one can travel from February to April.
