Roosting site of Amur Falcon (Falcon Amurensis) lies on the way to Pangti village near Doyang valley. It is also known as the Amur Falcon capital of the World. The best time to view roosting of the birds is from second week of October to the first week of November. Camping site are provided by the villagers for trekkers.

Doyang Lake in Wokha offers opportunities to bird gaze like no other in the country. This huge water reservoir that is formed due to the impounding of the waters of the River Doyang near Doyang dam region attracts a large number of migratory birds during the winter season each year.
