The International Mountain museum is placed 1.5 km south of Pokhara airport and 5 kms from Lakeside. The spot is nghtly selected that we can enjoy the unique view of the 3 massive mountain peaks; Dhaulagiri, Annapuma and Manaslu which are above 8000 meters. The place offers to see all three mountains in a panoramic view. It provides knowledge about mountaineering, mountain cultures, environments, people in mountain history, the world's mountain system, geography of mountains, ecology, mountaineering exhibition, history and methods that were implied. REGIONAL MUSEUM

The lifestyle and history of Gurung, Thakali, Magar, Tharu etc are vividly showcased who are one of the important ethnic groups in Nepal. Opens daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Except Tuesdays and pubslic holidays.
ANNAPURNA BUTTERFLY MUSEUM
