The Chencho Handicraft Emporium is located in the heart of Paro city,Bhutan, in the corner of the town square. It can easily be reached by walking. The shop is also known by the name of the Traditional Weaving House. You can also avail public transport to reach here.

Chencho Handicraft and Weaving Centre was established in 1994 and has an interesting selection of local handicrafts. It is particularly strong on weavings, antique kiras (women's traditional dresses) and embroidery, as well as woollen carpets. It's a good place to see weavers working on-site. Credit cards are accepted. Nonshoppers can grab a coffee at the next-door Book Cafe, run by the owner's daughter.
