Pangin is a small peaceful town in the Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh which is about 60 km from Pasighat and is connected by road. Kekar Monying is a mountain cliff near Rottung in East Siang in Arunachal Pradesh. (6) Komsing

Komsing in Arunachal Pradesh is a village on the left bank of the Siang River. Komsing is one of the places in Arunachal Pradesh considered significant due to the history associated with it. This place in Arunachal Pradesh is considered important due to the murder of Noel Williamson in 1911. He was murdered when he was carrying the message of the death of King Edward VII to the tribal chief of that time in Arunachal Pradesh. A stone epitaph bearing the name of Noel Williamson still lies near the Siang with an inscription that reads – “On this spot were murdered Noal Williamson, Assistant Political Officer Sadiya, and 31st March 1911”. This is also one of the famous places for trekking and if you do not wish to go on an adventure, you can simply visit this place and witness a part of Indian history of Arunachal Pradesh.
