Fixed departure dates: Oct 2nd, 9th, 23rd / Nov 6th, 13th The Sandakphu trek follows a scenic route through the Singalila National Park. It is considered a trekker's paradise as you can see 4 massive Himalayan peaks during the trek, namely, Mt. Everest, Mt. Khangchendzonga, Mt. Lhotse, and Mt. Makalu. You can also see flowering rhododendron and magnolia trees and maybe wildlife such as red pandas.
Maneybhanjang - Tumbling (13 kms / 5 hrs)
Visit the office and take care of documentation formalities before trekking through the forested trail.
Start the uphill trek to Tumling, the path leads through oak and rhododendron trees. From Tumling the views are stunning; you can see the Khangchendzongna range in the distance and the city of Darjeeling.

Kalapokhri to Sandakphu (5 kms/ 3 hrs)
After breakfast at Kalapokkhri, trek on an even trail to Bikhebhanjyang (or ‘Valley of Poison’). From here, it’s a steep climb over 4 km to Sandakphu. From here, Mount Everest, Khangchendzonga, Lhotse, and other majestic peaks are visible.
